Judge, 5th District Court of Appeal. Appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis. She won the retention vote in 2022 (67.9%).

Before she became a judge, Wozniak had about 14 years of experience as an attorney. In that time, she argued 2 jury trials, 2 non-jury trials, and 68 appellate cases to completion. For the first 6 years, she specialized in commercial litigation, including contracts, class actions, business torts, and commercial landlord/tenant law. She then shifted her focus to appellate practice, mainly complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. She also handled appeals for family law, probate, and personal injury cases.
Before that, she clerked for 2 years at the Florida Supreme Court. She also interned with the Florida Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
This judge is a member of the Federalist Society.
This judge is a textualist, who uses an interpretation of the Constitution that is advocated by the Federalist Society.
From 2014-2018, she served as Vice Chair of the 5th District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. The commission interviews and selects which applicants move forward for potential appointment by the governor.
While a student at Stetson University she was a founding member of Stetson's Federalist Society chapter and was a member of Stetson Young Republicans.
